Probably one of the most interesting legendary creatures ever printed, Odric is an absolute boss monster in any aggressive white deck (Boros and Selesyna included). The fact that he has to attack himself along with three other creatures to get his ability seems risky, but the fact that his ability can have all of your opponents creatures choose not to block or block to their great disadvantage is pretty overpowered.
Currently, Odric is not an expensive card at all. You can pick up a copy of him for about only $2 USD, and a foil variant of him is available in one of the new Magic 2013 Intro Packs. I would say that now is the best time (as of this writing) to explore getting a few of these guys. If you run white weenie or a fast aggressive green/white or red/white deck, this guy is definitely for you. He could also be an interesting choice for a commander, something that Win Target Game will definitely explore later in the Generally Speaking series.
